My CASC revision strategy will increase your chances of success. For those who are new to CASC, I can guide you through 'The CASC Coach Approach'. This involves a simple but knock-out introduction, and an easy to remember structure for each of the main types of stations (i.e. capacity assessment, risk assessment, mental state examination, etc.) and an alternative way to round-off your stations at the end.
For the more experienced candidates, you are free to select your own scenarios, or based on an analysis of your strengths and weaknesses I can suggest scenarios and areas for improvement. I can also provide various resources required for practice both in and out of sessions. I am used to supporting those who have had previous unsuccessful attempts, and also love working with those IMGs who have never worked in the UK or those who are using a second language to complete the examination.
The nitty gritty
I offer both individual coaching, 1:1, and will be both actor and examiner, and also small group sessions at a reduced rate, with the expectation that candidates within the group will act for one another. Sessions will take place over Teams, so please include your email address in any correspondence. They are usually one hour in duration but can be extended depending on availability.

- Mock exams - either 'mini' 8 stations or full 16 station mocks, which may be facilitated with a professional actor depending on availability (prices vary but would start at £250)
- ST4 interview preparation
- Whatsapp contact with your coach
- 'Refer a friend' scheme and other offers throughout the year
My pledge
I have experience in various methods of teaching and delivery to ensure that you get the most out of your sessions. From those new to CASC through to those who may be re-sitting, there is always something to learn or improve, and my sessions are tailored specifically to you. We will focus on structure, communication style and phrasing, time management and improving your natural empathy. My goal is to bring out the excellent candidate in everyone that I work with.
I will provide you with continuous verbal feedback to improve your technique and achieve your goals. Mock exam candidates will be provided with written feedback.
I know how important it is to build a working relationship with your coach. I pride myself on being friendly and approachable, I am always happy to help, and can hopefully sprinkle some fun and laughs into our sessions. I also have three spotty dogs who may occasionally make an appearance in the background, I hope that you don't mind!
