Payment methods
Bookings can be made by direct contact with The CASC Coach either email or WhatsApp. I will then send you a confirmation email and invoice containing payment details. Payment is to be made via direct bank transfer, and must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the session. Once payment is received, your time slot is confirmed.
Cancellations
I accept that sometimes things do happen unexpectedly. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your session with a full refund given, or that payment can be transferred to a session of a different date/time of your choice.
In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, then your payment becomes non-refundable.
The CASC Coach reserves the right to make changes to bookings with due notice given. If your booking needs to be changed, you will be contacted and an alternative slot offered. In the unlikely event that a booking needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be offered.

Online coaching via Microsoft Teams specialising in communication skills and exam technique to help candidates (UK/International) achieve success in the RCPsych CASC examination.
Online coaching for ST4 Psychiatry interviews and mock exams also available.
